At Thinking in Movement Studio,
we develop the work of Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing and Moshé Feldenkrais in learning to learn. Bones for Life® and Sounder Sleep System® are based on Feldenkrais principles.
Biography as requested:
Katarina Halm, MA, Modalities include CFT Focusing teacher, GCFP Feldenkrais® practitioner (Rolling with Possibility) Movement Intelligence Trainer, and Sounder Sleep System® Assistant Trainer.
Following the publication of Eugene Gendlin's Focusing book, Katarina Halm studied with psychoanalyst RD Laing from 1983 to 1986 at The Philadelphia Association and Integral Therapy Association (PA, ITA) in London, England. Her practicum included two projects.
1) A writing project with anthropologist Francis Huxley, director of studies at Laing’s London-based Philadelphia Association; Francis was an inspiring teacher, supervisor, therapist, and writer. In 1984, he returned to Oxford to give a well-received lecture on Psychoanalysis and Anthropology.
